Straight threaded barbells are a popular choice for lobe, conch, lip, nipple, and genital piercings. This portion of the jewelry sits in the piercing channel.

This item is for one threaded barbell post only. If you need an threaded end as well, they are available here. Not sure what size post you'll need? Send us an email!

Internally threaded body jewelry is the traditional professional body jewelry standard. All threaded jewelry is sold as three separate pieces: two threaded ends with a barbell post (this item) in between. Both ends of the jewelry screw on and off to allow the most versatility possible. Use the same post with different ends to make your barbell into a labret-style post. Talk about convertible!

Threaded tapers and brass jaw hemostats are also available to make your at-home jewelry changes even easier!

New piercings swell slightly, so your piercer initially allows extra space on the post for comfort and ease of healing. When the piercing is at least a month old, we strongly suggest purchasing a shorter post (also known as downsizing) so that the disk sits flat against the back of the piercing without causing pressure. Correct sizing is important to the health and continued comfort of your piercing.

It's always best to check with your piercer if you're unsure about sizing. If you were pierced at Bink's, send us an email!
